The Zero Lush Sparkling White has a lot of bubbles and a lot of intricacy! It gives a dry, yet refreshing experience, since it is created in the traditional Brut way from 100% Airén grapes! It pairs nicely with Salad Nicoise, Grilled Chicken, or one of my favourites, Fish. Served extra chilled and with overtones of apples and roses.

1 x Sparkling Rose
The Zero Lush Sparking Rosé, is prepared using the Brut method and is made entirely of Tempranillo grapes. It has a wonderful pink tint and dry, delicate bubbles that leave a lovely aftertaste on the mouth. Chill it thoroughly before serving with light soups, salads, cheeses, or one of my personal favourites, a Salmon Omelette!

The Zero Lush Rosé, created entirely of Tempranillo grapes, has a lovely pink tint with mild aromas of apricots and strawberries. It's a crisp, refreshing, yet robust wine. Serve it cold and with your favourite foods like charcuterie boards, hot curries, or grilled meats.

This light and pleasant wine is made from the Airén grape, which is native to Spain. The Zero Lush White has a silky finish with fresh flavours of apple and flowers. A straightforward wine that pairs beautifully with fish, salads, and, my personal favourite, oysters on the half-shell!

The Zero Lush Red is a dry, full-bodied wine made entirely of Tempranillo grapes from Spain. It has notes of wood, cherry, and plum. The tannins are just right, and the finish is silky smooth. To get the most flavour out of it, chill it slightly. Tapas, paellas, grilled meats, and smokey meals go well together.
