José Maria da Fonseca was a revolutionary in creating the first Portuguese alcohol-free wines. O%riginal was crafted to reflect the product's advantages and distinctiveness. Enjoy a real, genuine wine (original) with negligible alcohol (<0.5%).
O%riginal grants you the entire wine experience without the alcohol. Made from the grape variety Syrah and formed using traditional winemaking techniques, the alcohol is removed via a physical method whilst maintaining the wine's delicate aromas and flavours.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Salmon.
AROMA Spicy red fruit tea, blueberry and currant
PALATE Fresh, crunchy, with an aroma of blueberry and currant
FINISH Medium.
VINIFICATION Red grapes are fermented as Rosé at 24ºC. After fermentation, the wine is dealcoholized by physical process (spinning cone).
AGEING None.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS It should be served chilled, at a temperature of 5ºC. Goes very well with beef pizza or pasta
