VINEYARD & WINEMAKING
We select the fruit for our alcohol-removed Chardonnay from California's finest marine-influenced vineyards, where cool breezes and fog allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly as they develop rich flavours and complexity.

Our winemakers carefully craft this Chardonnay using traditional methods; then our exclusive spinning cone process gently removes the alcohol while preserving the wine's delicate aromas and flavours.

Try this Chardonnay with seafood dishes, roasted veal chops, creamy pastas, salads and mild cheeses.

We ship orders on Mondays & Wednesdays. Due to the nature of this product, it cannot freeze, so we must take extra precautions during winter which can be pricey. Expect delivery within 2-4 business days in AB/BC, and 5-7 business days for other parts of Canada.
