Made with premium organic Macabeo grapes in Castilla-la-Mancha Spain. Leads with aromas of white blossom, Asian pear, bright citrus with fresh Fuji apple. With light body, well balanced, a truly lovely sparkler! 

Pairs well with shellfish, toasted almonds or with fresh orange juice. 

We ship orders on Mondays & Wednesdays. Due to the nature of this product, it cannot freeze, so we must take extra precautions during winter which can be pricey. Expect delivery within 2-4 business days in AB/BC, and 5-7 business days for other parts of Canada.
