Craftsmanship

The vacuum distillation method is expertly applied to maintain the original wine’s quality and characteristics by distilling at low temperatures. Initially, the process extracts the highly volatile compounds, including aromas and some alcohol. Then, the wine moves through a second column to remove the remaining alcohol, preserving its essence.
