Crafted from the grapes of young vines, this alcohol-free Riesling is a truly contemporary creation bursting with delectable flavours. The palate is refreshingly clean and lively, brimming with zesty hints of lime and citrus, while subtle notes of rhubarb and red apples add to its complexity. A mineral foundation provides the wine with a lovely structure, culminating in a dry, moderately long finish.
Perfect for hot summer days and exceptional cuisine, this Riesling is created using a vacuum distillation process, allowing the wine alcohol to evaporate at a low temperature of 28ºC, thus maintaining its distinctive "wine-like" aromas and qualities.
