Lautus Rosé Non-Alcoholic Rosé Wine.
Lautus, Latin for pure, elegant, and sumptuous, creates non-alcoholic wines out of lush vineyards in South Africa. An involved, traditional winemaking process precedes dealcoholization, taking great care to ensure the wine is equally as complex and enjoyable as its alcoholic counterpart.
This Lautus Rosé is made from Pinotage grapes harvested from the Western Cape region of South Africa. Careful winemaking practices are followed to retain subtle aromatics. Grapes are crushed lightly and settled overnight. The wine is then twice passed through a gentle spinning cone technology: once to capture and preserve the wine’s aromas and flavours, and again to remove the alcohol content.
Showcasing pure aromas of sweet red berry fruits with slight floral notes. The elegant palate shows a touch of sweetness, finishing fresh with a well-balanced acidity. To be enjoyed in its purist and natural form, without the restriction of alcohol.
