Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay - Dealcoholized White Wine
Noughty Sparkling is beloved alternative to champagne. Crafted with organic Chardonnay grapes, and de-alcoholized to retian all the rich flavours in this beautifully crafted bottle.
With 2.9g of sugar per 100ml, it has almost half the sugar content of other non-alcoholic sparkling wine. And with just 14 calories per glass, it's the perfect answer to a hangover free celebration.
The bottle contains less than 150mg per litre of sulphites, vegan and is gluten free.
Varietal: 100% organic Chardonnay
Vineyards: Sandy and calcareous vineyards located in southern Spain.
Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further dealcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
Tasting Notes: Elegant pale colour with a crisp and ripe apple scent accompanied by a touch of sweetness.
Pairing: Great alternative to wine for aperitif and party nibbles, as well as with all manner of cuisine for those who choose not to drink alcohol.
